Your Attitude determines a lot…

We have heard the saying they got an attitude, what’s wrong with them, change your attitude.

Most of the time when you hear someone say these things it means a person does have a bad attitude.

Your attitude about things you do everyday and how you feel is important.

Do you see the glass  half  full  or half empty? How you see it determines your attitude. 

 

How you wake up every morning and how you feel when you do wake up will most likely determine your attitude for that day.

Do you wake up dreading going to work? Do you wake up hating that you have to get that workout out of the way? 

Or do you look at it and be happy that you do have a job and that your body is still able to get in that workout?

 

Both of those examples of attitudes, one is  negative, one is positive. 

Your attitude about things will determine if you’re going to be happy or make yourself miserable for nothing. 

 

Well we don’t want to be miserable so drop the negative attitudes and concentrate on what’s positive in your life and how you can be happy. 

Being happy is more healthier than being miserable.

 

If there are negative people in your life, drop them, don’t go around them. You want to be around the positive people, happy people, people that make you feel good and not down.

 

There are  plenty of articles on positive thinking on the internet. You can read until you are read out but your positive attitude begins in your mind.

As I wrote about in a previous blog, I wake up with purpose, looking forward to what the day brings and whatever it brings. I am not going to let negativity  interfere with my day.
